Baby love.

I’m just getting to that age where there is the arrival of lots of little babies; which is exciting enough, but I also get to attempt lots of new items and work with some beautiful and super cute fabrics.

I actually have to restrain myself, especially as I have recently discovered [and fallen in love with!] the amazing Far Far Away range of fabrics from Heather Ross – oh it’s just so gorgeous!

If I’m making anything for Pete I might actually be able to justify using the little cowboy!

Anywho, with the recent arrival of a little lady, Jessica, I made a little set of three baby bibs, all packed up in their own little bag (which, I’m told, are also very useful to store cotton wool, or use as a laundry bag so little socks and mits don’t get lost in the washer). I decorated each one slightly different using applique and ric rac.

Bib bag with little label and lavender bag, ready for delivery.

Turns out the little lady likes her new bibs…

  1. Emily thank you so much for the beautiful gifts! You are so clever and have a wonderful talent in making these very special items. Jessica is the coolest girl in town with her handmade bibs!
Lots of love, Kat, Dave and Jessica xxxxx
